As a graphic designer, the work clients want you to do can often be varied and it’s always exciting to be given a brief that involves venturing into a new area of design. An example of this, although it doesn't fall strictly under the remit of design, is looking after a blog for one of my clients. I’ve been surprised by how much I’ve enjoyed thinking of content for the blog along with the opportunity to (hopefully) improve my writing skills. It has also inspired me to think about having a blog myself. With so many cool and creative things happening in all the time Christchurch I’m sure I’ll find plenty of inspiration for posts. I also want to use the blog as a space to expand on the concepts behind client projects and share a few personal ones too. Here we go!
